We craft Canerock from delicious Barbadian rums and infuse them with all-natural spices for depth, warmth, and character.
The pure white flesh of Bajan coconuts lends exotic sweetness and rich, creamy texture. Hand-picked vanilla contributes spicy, woody notes that beautifully enhance our rum. Locally grown ginger, celebrated in the island’s culinary tradition for its fresh and spicy herbaceous touch, adds a lively counterpoint to perfect the blend. The result is a layered, indulgent profile with notes of caramel, soft spice, raisins, hints of allspice, and gentle oak tannins.
Canerock is instantly recognizable by the carved wooden turtle on every bottle. Turtles swim in the Caribbean Sea and live on the beaches just a few steps from Stade’s Rum Distillery! For Bajans, they represent longevity, wisdom, and a deep connection to the sea and island life. The Canerock turtle is an invitation to the unhurried enjoyment of a premium sipping rum, meant to be savoured rather than rushed.

With Canerock, we wanted to capture the generous, vibrant character of the Caribbean. We begin with beautifully balanced aged Barbadian rums, infused with natural coconut, vanilla and ginger to create something rich, indulgent and full of personality.
